Good health is so important and shouldn't be overlooked, but unpacking the avalanche of information out there is daunting, and can leave us disheartened and often setting us up to failure. So, where do we start?
Together, we both have extensive life experience and over 50 years health professional experience between us, with an array of qualifications, including; Osteopathy, Personal Training, Sports Therapy, Nutrition, Wellness Coaching and an extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and human body structure and function.
With this repertoire, we aim to simplify health advice at whatever level you are; from elite athletes, to those who have had a health scare and need to get back on track.

Your first consultation will entail a detailed look into your health and lifestyle right now, and what you want to achieve. A thorough physical assessment will be conducted, including blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, body measurements, medical history and more. Then, together we will create a health plan including weekly and 3-monthly goals.
